Can I choose a specific counselor?

Short answer: yes. But for starters, to simplify the process, we only ask you to choose whether you want a male or female counselor. After your session, if you feel that you are happy with the first counselor, you can continue your sessions with that particular counselor. If not, you can ask for another counselor.

What is the price for a single counselling session?

At Stay Alive Counseling we have one flatrate price for all individual sessions which is RM60 for each 45 minute session.

How do you process payments?

Payment method is through online bank transfer. Details to our bank account will be provided via WhatsApp. After making the payment, you can send us the payment slip, and then we will give you a Google Meet link to start your counseling session.

Can I get a refund after making the payment?

No, all payments are non-refundable. However, your session can be rescheduled to another date and time for free.

Can I change the date or time of the appointment?

Yes, you can change the appointment date and time for free, depending on your counselor's availability.

Can I request to conduct this session in a language other than Bahasa Malaysia?

Yes you can. You can tell us via whatsapp if you prefer to conduct a session with a counselor who is proficient in English, Mandarin, Tamil or other languages.
